It is with interest we see that the Government has finally decided to offer a Mortgage Rescue Scheme following a year of consultation with varuous sale & rent back providers. We met with HM Treasury  many times over several months and produced a national questionaire which gave an indication of how the private sector works. I hope their scheme is successful but I cannot help but think that the bureaucracy that they will swamp their process will make it difficult for people to get what they want.
