The number of huge detached properties waiting for a buyer is amazing.  What are people going to do?  They cannot find a buyer, because nobody can sell or get a mortgage..........

Maybe this situation will ease soon.  Mortgages need to be more available.  Values need to be maintained and not plummet.

But people do need to be more realistic about accepting offers on their property.  Sometimes you need to cut your losses and move on, rather than hang on, bitterly hoping that you wil get exactly the offer you want.

If you want to stay in your property, you have to accept that you will lose some of your equity in return for staying in your home.  With our scheme you get the opportunity to get your equty back at a later date.  This may be your solution of last resort.  You should always pursue all possible options and we encourage everyone to look at all avenues.
